The active ingredient, Novaluron, is an Insect Growth Regulator that is 99.9% effective at breaking the life cycle of house and stable flies in horse manure. One scoop per day for each horse in the barn will dramatically reduce the fly population.

While some of Formula 707's customers have pets that like to eat manure, they are not able to make any claims regarding the safety or efficacy of MultiFly for animals other than horses. The same goes for feeding MultiFly to other species like cattle, goats, chickens, or dogs; Novaluron has been tested in non-equines, but no claims can be made about its safety or effectiveness for those animals.
